We encourage you to contact us by phone or email for more information or if you would just like to chat. We, at the Port Elizabeth branch, are all volunteers who have diabetes or who have family members who have diabetes.

As we work from home, you may contact us any time, not just office ours. If you phone and we are out, please leave your name and number and we will contact you. This year we are looking forward to meeting most of you who read this page so we do hope you will make contact.
We have a branch Newsletter Sweet Talk, that is published every second month.  If you let us have your email address, Sweet Talk will be forwarded to you free of charge. If you are a paid up member Sweet Talk will be mailed to you if you do not have email.

Our branch has a well stocked library of books on diabetes. These may be borrowed, free of charge, by any paid up member. The library is open at the monthly meetings that are held in the Newton Park Methodist Church Hall on the second Wednesday evening of each month. A selection of books are also available at the Gelvandale and Malabar support group meetings and will hopefully soon be at the Uitenhage support group meeting.
